Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across the UK. Remote areas may have slightly longer delivery times, which will be indicated at checkout. If you need international delivery, please contact us.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically dispatch within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery usually arrives within 1-2 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the way.
What are your delivery costs?
Delivery costs £5.95 for orders within the UK. We also offer free delivery on orders over £40, which will be automatically applied at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted only on unopened, unused, non-perishable items in their original condition. Contact us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return eligible items.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund promptly.
