Delivery

We deliver across the UK mainland.

• Free UK delivery on all orders over £30.
• Orders under £30 are delivered for a flat rate of £5.00.

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 working days, and delivery typically takes a further 1–3 working days. So in most cases your order will be with you within 2–5 working days of ordering.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the items are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending anything back.
• Return postage is paid by the customer (typically around £5.00), unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Perishable items

For food safety reasons, perishable, chilled and frozen products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, spoiled or incorrect. If there's any problem with a perishable item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If anything in your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort it.
